The Hadley welcomes cats and dogs to our apartment community. We permit a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment. There is a refundable pet deposit of $350.00 per pet and a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350.00. A monthly 'pet privilege fee' of $50.00 is required per pet. There is a pet weight limit of 80 lbs. for cats and dogs when fully grown (no lions or tigers, please).
Pets are required to complete a pet application and acceptance process. Please contact the leasing center for details.
Service animals are welcome. Please contact the Community Manager to request information on a service animal’s acceptance process.
Breed restrictions apply. We do not accept Afghan Hound, Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Australian Shepherd, Basenji, Bloodhound, Bull Mastiff, Bulldog, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, Elkhound, Fila Brasilerio, Foxhound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Husky, Malamute, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, or Saluki breeds.
A Pet Agreement is generally not required for fish aquariums up to fourteen (14) gallons, or for caged pets, such as birds, mice, hamsters and non-poisonous snakes; however, our leasing team at The Hadley can provide specific details. The maximum allowable weight for caged pets, when fully grown, is three (3) pounds with no more than two caged pets permitted per apartment. Assistive animals for persons with disabilities are not considered to be pets and are exempt from the above restrictions. However, assistive animals do require prior written approval from the Community Manager. There are certain types of pets or assistive animals that are not permitted - these include any wild, exotic, endangered or poisonous pets.
